Never. Smart Cleaner suggests groups of items you might not need, with clear previews of each one. Nothing is removed until you review it and confirm.
Do my photos leave my phone?
No. Scanning and grouping happen entirely on your device. Your photos and videos are never uploaded to a server.
Does it work on older iPhones?

What does Smart Cleaner do with my Gmail data?
The optional Email Cleaner feature reads only message sender addresses and unsubscribe links — never email bodies, subjects, or attachments. Everything is processed on your device: Smart Cleaner has no backend server, and your email data is never uploaded or shared. Signing out erases the local sender list and your Google tokens, and you can revoke access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Smart Cleaner is a client-only app with no backend server. Your photos, contacts, and email data are analyzed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to us or shared with any third party. For the Email Cleaner feature, we access only email header metadata — who sent a message and its unsubscribe link — never your email bodies or attachments.
